The villa, idyllically located near Zurich, offers a wealth of amenities for a relaxed and rejuvenating vacation.

The diverse range of relaxation and recreational options makes it a unique retreat:

Guests can either completely relax or engage in sporting activities, depending on their personal preferences. The nearby breathtaking nature complements the overall experience.

In winter, the villa provides perfect relaxation after a day on the slopes with a whirlpool, sauna, and fitness area. The fireplace in the living room creates a particularly pleasant and cozy winter atmosphere. Ski resorts are reachable in less than 1.5 hours by car, and the first cross-country skiing trail can be explored in just 25 minutes. Additionally, many beautiful hiking trails are accessible within a 5-minute walk.

The bedrooms, three of which are on the top floor, offer various bed sizes:

• Two rooms with a 180×200 cm bed each
• One room with a 140×200 cm bed
• A fourth room in the basement with daylight, equipped with two beds (140×200 cm and 180×200 cm)
• A crib (playpen) is also available.
• Each bedroom has its own television, and there are five TVs throughout the house. The kitchen is very well-equipped.

The heated pool (12 m x 3.5 m) is open from begin of May to mid of September, while the whirlpool is available year-round at a pleasant 37 degrees Celsius.

There are three terraces (including the pool terrace), providing seating in all sky directions. This allows for comfortable outdoor relaxation from morning until evening.

The house is situated in a quiet hillside location in a private cul-de-sac, making it ideal for children. Dogs are also welcome, with a fee of CHF 15 per day per dog, as there is no through traffic and numerous opportunities for exercise in the beautiful surroundings.

A parking space in the enclosed garage, connected to the house, is available. In front of the house, additional parking spaces for up to 4 cars are provided.

Other things to note

• Only the individuals registered during booking are allowed in the house and pool area; visits are not permitted. For unregistered guests, a fee of CHF 100 per day per person will be charged.
• The house is designed as a wellness retreat, providing a tranquil and rejuvenating vacation experience.
• Due to its location in a residential area, strict adherence to the quiet hours set by the Canton of Aargau (from 12 PM to 1 PM) and nighttime quiet hours (from 8 PM) is required.
• The house is exclusively suitable for families, business travelers, and groups of adults (30+). Youth groups are not allowed, and such bookings will be automatically canceled without a refund.
• Two outdoor cameras cover the entire exterior of the house, with only the security company having access to the recordings.
