Upon receiving your final booking request, we will send you the booking confirmation along with the invoice for the reservation fee, which amounts to 30% of the total booking cost. The remaining balance is due 30 days before the scheduled check-in date.
You can find our accommodations on various booking platforms, including Traum Ferienwohnungen (Vacation Rentals), Booking.com, Airbnb, HomeAway (Fewo-Direkt), Trip Advisor, TuiVillas, or E-Domizil, among others. Please be aware that these platforms may apply their own booking fees in addition to the prices listed on our homepage, and they operate with their own payment systems and terms.

Please note that bookings from youth groups (under 30) are not permitted for any of our holiday properties. Our villas are specifically designed for families, group of adults (30 +) and business professionals.
