The 5-Stars villa is a 7 minute drive from Pula and a 1 minute walk from the sea away. It is surrounded by several beautiful beaches. The first restaurant is 30 meters from the villa.

The villa has everything you need for a relaxing and enjoyable vacation since it offers a unique variety of relaxation possibilities:

10 meter long outdoor pool – whirlpool – fitness area – infrared sauna with light therapy – 4 furnished terraces including a roof terrace with a beautiful sea view – large green garden and property outside the villa – barbecue area – trampoline – table tennis – table football – toys for the little ones – Netflix in the living room – 2 quads for the adventure which can be rented at preferential prices.

Therefore, guests can fully relax in the villa or be active in sports, depending on what they desire. Nearby beaches and restaurants as well as beautiful nature surrounding the villa complete the vacation experience.

The villa is suitable for 10 persons. It has 4 equivalent bedrooms each offering one King Size bed (200×200). Further, one sofa bed for 2 people (140×200) is placed in the fitness area. In addition to the 5 beds for adults there are also 2 beds for children (crib 140×70 and a baby cot).

There are 4 shower possibilities and one bathtub in the house. There is also one outdoor shower possibility in the pool area. The villa offers also a fully equipped modern kitchen.

In addition to the roof terrace, the villa has 2 further terraces with direct access from the living room. There is also a sunbathing area in front of the pool with a barbecue area next to it. All terraces are fully furnished.

The nearby beaches have bars, deckchairs, children’s playgrounds, surfing facilities and other water attractions. The first “wild beach” is just a minute away by foot.

The closest restaurant “Konoba Volme” is located 30 m from the Villa. It offers gastronomic specialties (meat, fish, pasta, etc.) from Istria. Leon’s Holiday Homes guests have a 10% discount on the total amount. In addition, many other restaurants can be reached by foot or car.

The nature reserve Cape Kamenjak with its numerous wild but also maintained beaches can be reached by car in few minutes. It is one of top 10 attractions of Istria. With our two quads (Kymco Maxxer 300) it is much easier to explore the bumpy area of Kap Kamenjak than by car. The quads can also be used to reach the beaches in the nature reserve that are difficult or impossible to access by car. The quads can be rented at preferential prices (discount of up to 50%).

The villa is in a quiet location far from traffic. Medulin, Pomer, Premantura and Banjole can be reached in 5 to 10 minutes by car. If you wish to visit other parts of Istria, it is less than 3 km to the highway.

Around 1 km from the villa there is a small marina, where various yachts and boats can be rented. Next to the marina there is a beach, a bar and a restaurant.

There are 3 parking spaces in front of the house and few more opposite the house. A bus station and a small football playground are 100 m away from the Villa.

Only the people registered at the time of booking may be present in the house at any time, whereby the number of 10 people (including children) may not be exceeded not even during the day.
